Ingredients
1 cup Green Split Moong Dal
1 cup Coriander Leaves
1 cup Chopped Apple
1 cup Chopped Grapes
1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
1 cup Chopped Cucumber
- Dressing:
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Green Chili
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Salt
Directions
- Soak the moong dal for 5 hours. Discard the soaking water.
- Chop the coriander leaves, apples, grapes, and cucumber.
- Combine the chopped fruits and vegetables with the pomegranate seeds in a large bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing sesame seeds, lemon juice, salt, and chopped green chilli.
