Manifestation: How It Shaped My Life and Mission5 min read

When I was a kid, every now and then, teachers in a class of 50 students would ask us:

“Beta, what do you want to be in the future—A doctor, engineer, or teacher?”

At that age, I didn’t fully understand what these professions involved. I had a vague idea of what doctors or engineers did, but I never quite understood why we had only three choices.

Why couldn’t we dream beyond these conventional paths?

I wondered why I couldn’t build something of my own, something that didn’t fit neatly into these predefined boxes. Fast forward to 2005, when I completed my engineering degree. I asked myself the same question: What do I want to do with my life?

By then, I had gained more clarity, but like many young graduates, I was still surrounded by uncertainty. While many of my friends were unsure of their path, I was clear about one thing—I wanted a beautiful life. I didn’t know all the details of how I would get there, but I knew what I wanted in essence.

Defining a “Beautiful Life”

What does “beautiful” mean to me? I’ve always believed that beauty lies in simplicity and balance. I envisioned a life where:

  • I had a healthy body and a calm mind
  • My home was a sanctuary, where happiness and peace were the priorities
  • The food I consumed nourished me, not just filled me up, but truly sustained my body without leading to disease

This vision has guided every decision in my personal and professional life. I visualized these elements every day—feeling them as if they already existed. I didn’t have a clear blueprint, but I trusted the process.

My Journey to Manifestation

When I started my career, I had no idea that I would one day create a community of people deeply conscious of their eating habits and thoughts. It feels surreal looking back. The idea of living a conscious life—mindfully choosing what you consume in terms of food, energy, people, and experiences—grew with me through my personal challenges and professional milestones.

Many people are skeptical about manifestation. They ask, “Do you really think just visualizing can make things happen?”

I understand their doubts because I had similar thoughts. But here’s the truth: Manifestation is not just about wishing for something and waiting for the universe to deliver. It requires aligned actions. You have to show up for yourself. For me, these actions break down into three key steps:

  1. Ask

The first step is to ask the universe for what you desire. But be crystal clear about your intention. The universe responds more to intention than to words. Ask for things like well-being and abundance, not just for yourself but for others too. When your ask aligns with the greater good, the universe listens more closely.

When I started my entrepreneurial journey, my ask was simple: I wanted to help people live healthier, more conscious lives. I had no roadmap, just a pure desire to make a positive impact. Over time, the universe delivered in unexpected ways.

Pro tip: Start journaling. During bedtime or morning tea, write down what you desire in detail.

  1. Believe

The second, often hardest part, is to believe. You must have faith that the universe will deliver. This is where most people struggle. It’s easy to ask, but when things don’t happen quickly, doubt creeps in.

When I started KuKClean, I had moments of doubt—when things didn’t go as planned. However, I reminded myself to trust the process. Even when the results weren’t immediate, I believed that the universe was aligning things in my favor.

  1. Receive

Finally, be open to receiving. When the universe delivers, whether big or small, accept it with gratitude. Often, we overlook the little things, but even small blessings add up to something significant over time.

Throughout my journey, I practiced gratitude. Whether it was a small order in KuKClean’s early days or a heartfelt message from a client, I learned to appreciate every little thing. Gratitude keeps the cycle of manifestation flowing.

Pro tip: Be grateful for all that the universe delivers, big or small in your prayer. The universe has a bigger plan than we can comprehend.

The Power of Thoughts

Manifestation is a continuous practice. The key is your thoughts. If you channel your mind toward positive self-talk and reduce negative chatter, incredible things can happen. I’ve seen it in my own journey—from building KuKClean to forming a community of people who believe in conscious living and mindful eating. Manifestation has shaped my career and my mission.

KuKClean: A Manifestation of My Vision

Today, KuKClean and the community around it are the results of my manifestation. Through KuKClean, I aim to impact millions by guiding them toward healthier lifestyles and helping them manifest their fittest bodies and minds. It’s about more than food or fitness; it’s about conscious living.
