Her emotional well-being was also affected, burdened by unresolved issues and sadness that she had never shared with anyone.

Upon starting the program, Soumya learned to balance her diet with nutritious foods and understood the power of fasting. She discovered how to manage her physical and mental health with minimal effort. One of the highlights for her was the one-on-one sessions with Kirti, which provided a safe space for her to express her thoughts and feelings without judgment.
